The ELIXIR network organizes each year a general meeting where early-stage researchers present their results in front of the network community. International experts from outside the network are also invited.
The first annual ELIXIR meeting took place in Oxford on 9-11 Dec 2009.
The second annual ELIXIR meeting (and midterm review) took place in Paris on 3-5 Nov 2010.
The third annual ELIXIR meeting took place in Madrid on 4-6 Oct 2011.
The fourth annual ELIXIR meeting took place in Leiden on 12-14 Nov 2012.
Other small, more informal workshops can also been organized to interact with international experts on targeted topics.
